Talk to Me is my very first single that I released on all streaming platforms on Valentines Day 2019. It expresses a very vulnerable side of myself. I often get asked why I wrote it. So what was the story?
When I was very new to the dating scene I had no experience. I was painfully shy. At the time, I met a guy that I really liked; I wanted him to like me too. I thought in order for him to like me I had to appear more sexy and appealing than what was really in my comfort zone. In all reality, he wanted to get to know me for me and not what was on the surface. He made me extremely vulnerable in a healthy way because he got me to open up to him in a way I never did before. This song is inspired by those moments.
